Speedskating.ca Website Development
I oversaw the project build for the 2011 web build (design & development resources). The existing site used Drupal, an open source content management platform.
- Managed and delivered design & technology resources within budget and on schedule
- Gathered all project assets and materials required for the production team (designers/developers)
- Ensured communication of project status to all key stakeholders on a regular and established basis
- Coordinating 3rd Party Resources – Drupal expert, quality assurance, translation
