A Canadian website build for those living with ulcerative colitis. The site was a reference tool for UC.
- Defined deliverables, created project charter, SOW, estimate, budget
- Gathered all project assets and materials required for the production team in Canada, and web developers in the Ukraine
- Created budget, procured resources (Ukraine web developers), created timeline
- Managed the project execution. – assigned and tracked resources, created and lead status meetings, updated project schedule as needed and provided status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring & Controlling – Accounted for cost of resources, confirmed budget was on track, that deliverables were being met
- Closing – Prepared final project report, project evaluation, and final checklist
- Created sitemap & wire-frames
