Kimberly Clark – Heroes in Prevention
Heroes In Prevention was an integrated program designed to minimize preventable infections. It consisted of staff education and engagement on advanced hygiene products, and monitoring real-time data for continuous improvement.
Included in this program was brand development, development of an elder care-giver APP, Dr. Bill Thomas corporate video production, and Youtube channel and internal patient-care contests.
- Created budgets, procured resources (video production & editing: JupiterSpin), managed project execution, assigned and tracked resources, status meetings, updated project schedule
- Monitoring and Controlling – Accounted for cost of resources, confirmed budget was on track and that deliverables were being met, adjusted WBS as needed
