- Defined deliverables, created project initiation document
- Created estimates & budget, identified and scheduled resources, created timeline, SOW
- Managed project execution, assigned and tracked resources, managed status meetings with stakeholder, updated project schedule and flagged issues as needed
- Accounted for cost of resources, confirmed budget was on track and that deliverables were being met
- Prepared final project reporting and checklists
