While on contract with Brightworks, I served as Project Manager for BeiGene Canada, overseeing the launch and ongoing management of their Canadian digital presence and supporting print materials.

Website Migration & Digital Platform Management:

  • Led end-to-end project management of BeiGene Canada’s website migration from U.S. dev team to Canada, coordinating with development teams, content strategists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transition
  • Managed comprehensive website quality assurance testing, including cross-browser compatibility, responsive design validation, user flow testing, and content accuracy verification across all pages
  • Oversaw implementation of enhanced security protocol updates, including SSL certification, security plugin configuration, and ongoing vulnerability monitoring to protect sensitive healthcare information
  • Coordinated off-hours deployment and testing with technical teams to minimize disruption and ensure zero downtime during migration
  • Project managed ongoing website maintenance, content updates, and performance optimization post-launch
  • Ensured all digital content met Canadian pharmaceutical advertising regulations and compliance standards
